**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales on behalf of clients
- Prepare and present property listings to attract potential buyers.
- Assist in the marketing of properties through various channels
- Provide administrative support throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in estate sales is advantageous but not a deal breaker.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
