LAWYER - MEDIA/COMMERCIAL/DATA PROTECTION SPORTS/MEDIA c.1- 3 YRS PQE+ LONDON/HYBRID FULL TIME A privately owned company, our client is central to the sports industry in the UK, with primary responsibility for the management of some of the biggest premiershipcompetitions. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to get into the sports/media world, joining a small, friendly, commercially-focused legal team, supporting the business in its ambitious target to achieve significant growth. Thelegal team works on everything from TV deals, marketing and sponsorship deals to medical issues. You will also provide legal and regulatory compliance support in relation to data use for a range of projects across the commercial and sporting business, includingthe development of exciting new technology. Liaising internally with the IT team and various stakeholders, you will advise the wider team on the company's DP responsibilities and be critical to the establishment of policy and processes to ensure continuedcompliance. The ideal candidate will have solid training, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, a great communication style and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
