**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver RYA training courses including dinghy sailing, powerboating, windsurfing, and more, to individuals and groups of varying ages and abilities.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Instructors and other members of the instructional team.
- Ensure all training activities adhere to RYA guidelines and safety standards, maintaining a safe and enjoyable learning environment for participants.
- Assist with the planning and organization of watersports events, regattas, and other activities hosted by Port Edgar Watersports.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of instructional programs and course materials.

**Requirements**:

- RYA Senior Instructor qualification or equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in delivering RYA training courses across multiple disciplines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both students and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to instruction, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Current First Aid and Powerboat Level 2 qualifications.
- Knowledge of the local area and conditions is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
