Ifa Administrator

We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and natural team player who is passionate about supporting the rapid growth of this dynamic Financial Planning practice.

The Salary Range for an IFA Administrator is £25,000 - £35,000 + Benefits and Hybrid working

As an IFA Administrator, you will be working closely with Advisory team and the Operations Director to provide a high level of service to HNW clients.

Your primary role will be to assemble and organise client policy information at the necessary points in a client journey, to support the role of the Paraplanners and Advisors.

You will correspond with policy providers on behalf of the client, be a general liaison with the client, submit any new business on behalf of the client, facilitate the annual review process of our clients, and process new client information in preparation for their first report meeting.

To be considered:
Experience as an Administrator within a Financial Planning practice is a must

Experience using IO would be beneficial
