I have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Events Executive to join one of the UK's leading specialist mortgage lenders on a 12-month FTC.

This role is intended to drive awareness and consideration to promote brand, products, and services to broaden competitive advantage within the specialist mortgage category.

This will be done largely through events, primarily virtual and occasionally physical. Working closely alongside the sales team, you will be responsible for the promotion, hosting, budget management, and collateral related to all such events. This role isbest suited to an ambitious self-starter, comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

This is a remote role with occasional visits to the London and Berkshire area.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain the events schedule, including cost of event, staffing and merchandise requirements
- Control and manage the budget for events, liaising with the Sales and National Accounts teams

- Manage venue management, spend, communications strategy and results.
- Management of webinar-series, including creative, communications strategy, recording, hosting and content creation.
- Manage all merchandise and collateral for events and key accounts.
- Report on outcomes and share insights with the relevant internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Previous, successful experience in a similar event management position
- Knowledge of virtual event platforms
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry will be advantageous, if not then Financial Services.
- Able to communicate to a high standard through a range of mediums to a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to negotiate and influence at senior level and build strong working relationships
