We are seeking proactive and dynamic Cover Supervisors for various schools in Bishop's Stortford. This role involves stepping in during the absence of the regular teaching staff, overseeing the classroom, and ensuring that pupils remain engaged in their learning activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervising classes and ensuring a constructive environment for learning in the absence of the teacher.
- Implementing lesson plans left by the teacher and ensuring students complete the tasks.
- Managing student behavior in the classroom and enforcing school rules and policies.
- Assisting students with their work and providing support where needed.
- Taking attendance and keeping records as required by the school.
- Handling any emergencies according to school guidelines.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or working within educational environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage groups of students and facilitate a positive learning environment.
