We are an ever expanding family of creative, like minded individuals who all share a love of flowers and events.
During busy times you may assist our drivers and florist on large event set up's, and de-rigging event items, we would expect a professional and approachable manner with a willing to learn whilst representing the company.
The role will be split between 2 sites Our store based in Swinton & Our Studio bases in Leigh/Pennington. You must be able to get to both sites when needed. (Someone with a car would be beneficial or someone who has a family member or friend able to bring them to and from work as buses can cause extreme problems with our standard working times.)
General Information
- Your week will Consist of 20 Hours(Overtime may be possible at peak periods - Rate of pay for any overtime would be NMW for your age.)
14 Hours a week in work & 6 Hours a week learning either in college, via video call or at home studying.
You will be paid for all 20 hours. Rate of pay for the apprenticeship hours Range from £6.40 - £8.00 depending on ability/progress.
This apprenticeship can range from just over a year to just over 2 years depending how soon your tutor thinks you could take the end exam.
Once completed you will have a Level 2 Modern Floristry Apprenticeship Qualification.
Your General Duties May including
- Conditioning new stock
- Customer service
- Cleaning of workspace and front of house
- Creating gift bouquets
- Creating funeral florals
- Creating wedding florals
- Setting up events
- Stock taking
- Working within the team on large scale installations & floral work.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
