Working on Hinkley Point C we are excited to invite some passionate about entering HR to bolster our team as a L&D / HR Apprentice. We will provide training and support via the apprenticeship scheme to support your development to become a HR professional

**What You'll Do**:

- Assist in the organisation of training events and communication
- HR administration including timesheets and meeting room bookings
- Supporting arrangement and booking of employees onto training and ensuring the process is properly administered and recorded
- Maintaining and monitoring the HR administration and trainings systems to ensure the HR database and other platforms are up to date and accurate
- Providing reports or statistical data when requested (Excel and PowerBI)
- And many other duties

**What Makes You Perfect for Us**:

- GCSE Maths and English at grade 9 to 4 or A to C
- Excel experience would be advantageous
- A genuine interest in starting a career in HR.
