At Smalltown, Clare, we are looking for an experienced supervisory barista to join our team.
**This role is based at - Smalltown, 1 Cooks Pen Farm, Linton Road, Hildersham, CB21 6BS.**
**The ideal candidte will;**
- Have at least 1 year professional experience as a barista;
- Have experience leading a small team;
- Have the desire to learn and grow with our expanding business;
- Have a keen interest in coffee, bakery goods and local produce;
- Be flexibile, weekend working is essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
