Job Title: Facilitator

**Duties**:

- Organise donations into the correct category
- Prepare and send out care packages for referrals submitted by caseworkers
- Monitor the donations coming in to keep track of what we do and do not require
- Assist with presentations to organisations and schools
- Assist with fundraising events

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
- Experience in facilitating group discussions or workshops is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances or requirements during facilitation sessions
- Proficiency in using technology tools for virtual facilitation is a plus
