Servicesure Administrator

**About The Role**:
We are looking for a strong administrator to join our team to be responsible for the administration of the Servicesure Autocentre Programme.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining customer relations
- Maintain and update the Servicesure website
- Maintain and update the garage database
- Maintain and update business service leads created by the sales team
- Manage promotional items sent out to team members
- Attend relevant sales meetings, functions, conferences, shows or exhibitions
- Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post.
**Working hours**:
40 hours per week Monday to Friday
**About You**:
**To succeed you will have**:
- Ability to communicate at all levels with business owners, Directors and sale teams
- Dynamic, outgoing with high energy levels, confident, self-motivated and can lead by example
- Knowledge of Office 365
**Desirable**:
- Experience in the Servicesure brand in both knowledge of the content and demonstrable use in customers
