Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a creative, passionate individual with a keen interest in property and urban architecture, exceptional attention to detail, and experience as a camera operator and editor

This is a key role within our new brand working 9-5pm Monday to Friday in Cambridge and the surrounding area. We would like to differentiate ourselves through exceptional marketing, sharing our work with existing and potential clients via YouTube and social media.

This new role will mainly be part of our new brand focusing on prime property which will be launching in Cambridge this April, and you will be working closely with the new appointed sales director and graphic designer creating daily content.

Our new approach requires us to generate a wealth of content, ranging from property showcase videos to behind-the-scenes insights into unique property listings.

We're seeking a highly skilled videographer and editor to join our team, tasked with capturing the essence of the properties we represent and transforming it into high-quality, informative content.

The Role
- Capturing content across a diverse range of properties and architectural projects to create engaging video content.
- Editing videos for various content series, showcasing properties from unique angles.
- Taking photographs of our listings and sharing these across our social media platforms, ensuring they reach the intended audience at the perfect moment.
- Constantly innovating by brainstorming new content ideas and fresh ways to present our properties and our brand.
- Expanding our YouTube channel's audience and our social media presence.
- Creating short-form content for quick insights into our portfolio.
- Editing and taking high-quality photographs of properties.
- Developing and executing innovative short-form content strategies.

The Person
- A creative and motivated individual with a fine eye for detail.
- Over 1 year of experience in videography
- Proficient in using a gimbal and professional cameras (not just smartphones). Preferably already equipped.
- Well-versed in composition, lighting, and editing to highlight architectural and design features.
- Comfortable directing content creation involving colleagues, influencers, and high-profile clients.
- Skilled in using editing software like DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, among others.
- Capable of creating compelling social media content.
- Possesses an excellent can-do attitude.
- Passionate about property, architecture, and bringing spaces to life through visual storytelling.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
