Our client is a leading property company, who offer a range of services to UK residential property homeowners who are looking to sell. Based on the premise of speed, excellent customer service and efficiency, our client have a clear vision to be the UKsmarket leader in the fast sale property industry.

**Property Lawyer** - Key Responsibilities:

- Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
- Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients fully updated with the progress
- Organising daily workflow

**Property Lawyer** - You:

- Relevant Conveyancing experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook are essential
- Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities
- Friendly and approachable
- Reliable and consistent
- Helpful and positive attitude
- Flexible attitude to working practices and demands
