You'd be looking after the needs of 3 companies within the group and a total of 70 employees, growing month on month. Taking on the HR and Payroll Administration side of this business, working alongside the Accounts Manager to ensure the smooth running of the human resources function, payroll, and compliance.

**The Role;**
- Assume responsibility for running monthly payrolls, working alongside the accounts manager.
- Interaction with all relevant line managers & staff members to maintain all records, timesheets, annual leave, and other relevant matters.
- Act as a point of contact for any payroll queries.
- Assume responsibility for maintaining HR records and coverage across all employees.
- Issue and maintain an existing library of HR documentation and policies.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with employment legislation across the businesses.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters across 3 businesses.
- Onboarding new staff members, and assisting with recruitment efforts for key campaigns.
- Responsibility for approximately 70 staff members across 3 businesses.
- Supporting accounts manager with other ad hoc duties.
- Full-time role based in the accounts office near Witham.

**Your experience and competencies;**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
