Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our automotive client in LS11 to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent, full time basis.

**Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Supervising, managing and motivating employees and leading by example
- Assigning duties to the warehouse operatives on a daily basis
- Working with a barcoded picking, packing and goods-in system
- Ensuring KPI’s and daily targets are achieved
- Managing incoming stock deliveries, assigning the stock to the correct warehouse locations and ensuring that delivery notes are correct and recorded
- Working with the Purchasing and Logistics team to co-ordinate and advise on inbound deliveries from suppliers and outbound deliveries to customers
- Assisting with the pick and pack of outgoing deliveries as and when required
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to all health and safety policies and processes
- Conducting monthly and annual stock takes
- Conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings if/when required
- Organising rotas and holiday cover for warehouse staff

**You will need**:

- 3-5 years hands on warehouse supervisor experience within a fast moving distribution environment
- A clean full drivers licence
- A reach and/or counterbalance forklift licence
- Enthusiasm and drive with a ‘can-do’ approach
- Ability to be firm but fair with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- A good understanding of every role in the warehouse
- Experienced in multi-tasking
- Experienced in automated stock control procedures

**Working Hours**:

- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm (1 Hr Lunch)
