**GSA Operations Senior Data Associate**

As a Senior Associate within GSA Operations, you will lead significant data and performance improvement initiatives to support the transformation programme and deliver safety objectives. With the aid of systems (i.e. PowerBi, Sharepoint, CARA and Generis) and cross functional input you will improve end to end data quality and usage and design and implement process efficiencies with support from the wider Operations & PMO team.
- Manage execution of data and performance improvement initiatives, reporting the status of projects to Operations Management and key stakeholders
- Lead data cleansing, gathering, manipulation and integration
- Pull multiple sources of data to understand performance of an E2E process
- Import and build data sources within PowerBi and or SharePoint systems
- Execute complex performance improvement initiatives with limited supervision and guidance and the ability to influence other functional teams without direct authority
- Lead the facilitation of workshops and meetings, ensuring the right balance of engagement and pace
- Provide leadership and development to others within the team
- Develop expertise with Reckitt systems and processes to further drive improvements for GSA
- Develop control plans and monitor performance and improvement in key metrics and deliver significant operational improvement
