You could be based in any of our four amazing hotels working alongside our chefs to ensure exceptional food standards are delivered.

**The Ingredients for Success**

You will be working various shifts across the week including some weekends and bank holidays. Working hours are available fulltime in a totally unique environment. Evening hours available 3pm-11pm

**Pay & Benefits**

You will be working up to 40 hours per week on a seasonal variable contract, with an hourly rate of £11.59 You will be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospects - we LOVE to promote from within You will also be entitled to a Merlin Magic pass after an initial qualifying period, giving you and your friends and family free tickets to Merlin Entertainments sites worth over £1000

**Your main responsibilities will include**
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation. This may involve cutting, peeling and washing food items
- Washing and drying cookware, dishes, cutlery and more at a fast pace.
- Cleaning kitchen work surfaces.
- Ensuring the kitchen is always clean and tidy, to create a safe working environment for the chefs.
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Organising deliveries and stock checking.
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- No previous experience needed as we will give you all the training you need to be the best at this role
- Flexibility in availability is preferred
- Willingness to learn
- A positive can-do attitude

**Salary**: £11.59 per hour
