Commerical Property Solicitor - Otley - Salary dependant on experience
My client, a well known law firm in Otley are recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor. You will have several years post qualification experience, be technically competent in general commercial property work and able to hit the ground running with a variedcaseload.
The role would include commercial sales and purchases including portfolios, landlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants and small business acquisitions and disposals.
In addition to being able to demonstrate a good level of experience and legal competence, my client is looking for someone with personability and enthusiasm. An ability to establish a rapport with clients and contacts is essential as is an aptitude for hardwork and a degree of hunger for success.
