Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a knack for producing high-quality documents? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are currently seeking a **Content Migrator** to join a central University of Oxford department.

This assignment is due to commence ASAP for approximately 10 days in total, on a Full Time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create new web pages using prebuilt templates on the Research Support site.
- Cut and paste content from the existing site pages into the newly created pages.
- Ensure content is correctly structured, using consistent layout and headings.
- Find buildings on the University Map and add them to pages, following provided samples.
- Ensure pages have correct details (e.g., Title, Description) for easy finding and searching.
- Add category tags to pages, creating new categories if necessary, for automatic inclusion in prebuilt lists.
- Populate an Excel CSV file with facilities data, upload and link it on the site.
- Liaise with staff to review and quality assure pages.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**:

- Experience producing simple, quality documents in MS Word or similar.
- Production of structured content using consistent titles, headings, layouts, and categories.
- Confident user of MS Excel to record tabular data.
- Ability to work systematically following a pre-set process.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Appreciation of the importance of making web content accessible to all users.

**Desirable**:

- Use of simple Web Content Management Systems or through-the-web content editing tools.
- Use of maps (e.g., Google Maps) and knowledge of indicating a building on a map.
- Knowledge of digital accessibility in preparing documents or web content.
