**Position Overview**:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually stunning user experiences across our booking system. In addition to designing user interfaces, you will also be tasked with creating comprehensive support guides to assist our clients in maximising the value of our platform. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and make a significant impact on the usability and effectiveness of our product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product manager, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our booking system, ensuring consistency and usability across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive support guides and documentation to assist users in effectively navigating and utilising our platform.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and customer support.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating seamless and delightful user experiences.
- Experience creating support guides or documentation is a plus.
