**Your mission**
As a Trading Operations Specialist at Bitpanda Pro, your mission is to resolve complex operational tasks to ensure Bitpanda Pro is highly efficient and offers a secure and smooth trading experience.

**What you'll do**
- Monitor and analyze trading activities on Bitpanda Pro and contribute to processes which identify any kind of disruptions
- Interact with market makers and support related tech integration to ensure competitive liquidity on Bitpanda Pro
- Cooperate with various departments such as product management and data engineering to coordinate and design efficient operational processes
- Ensure the smooth launch and trading of new products and new asset listings
- Performing analysis on trading data to support decision making processes
- Proactively improve processes & recommend system developments
- Work with the sales team and manage live chats to respond requests, settlement issues and other general questions

**Who are you**
- Professional experience in the field of crypto-assets and/or trading systems and keen interest in financial markets and products
- Ability to identify problems and solve them quickly or escalate them as necessary
- Strong data analysis skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, knowledge in SQL, Python and BI-Tools is a big plus
- Very strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts to ensure operational continuity
- Language requirements: English - professional proficiency
