This is a fantastic full time permanent opportunity to be working for Tyneside Training Services mainly based at Cramlington Northumberland.

**Essential Qualification**

Holder of an instructor’s qualification for the operation of industrial counter balance and reach lift trucks. i.e. RTITB/ITSSAR registered instructor or equivalent.

Holders of a formal qualification in instructional techniques for fork lift truck tuition.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible to the Head of Operations.
- Responsible for the operator assessments and the writing of objective reports.
- To communicate and advise the Company’s training staff and/or clients on all matters associated with operating lift truck operations.
- To prepare and maintain any records, reports or other documents associated with the responsibilities expected of an Instructor.
- To make recommendations for training aids and/or publications used in the Company’s training operations.
- To maintain Health and Safety Standards
- To adhere to the Company’s Safeguarding and Equality and Diversity Polices and Procedures.
- To adhere to company Quality Assurance procedures.
- To carry out any other work as and when required by the Manager.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Presentable appearance at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- 1+ years of commercial training experience

It would be advantageous if you can provide training for wide range of equipment but not limited to the following: Overhead Crane, Telehandler, Rough Terrain, Tele-truck, Container Handler, Lorry Mounted Truck (HIAB), Fire Marshal, Banksman Slinger etc.
