**About Us & The Role**:
Diagnostic Healthcare is one of the leading imaging companies in the UK. The company provides a variety of diagnostic services to both NHS and private patients including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Cone Beam CT and DEXA.

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Operations Coordinator to work at our Head Office in South Manchester. Whilst predominantly based in Head Office within our Operations department, field-based work may be required in order to fulfil all duties in support of our clinical teams.
- **Previous experience in an Operations or Administrative role within a Radiology environment would be highly valuable but not essential as full training will be provided.**_

**Your Role**:
As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of our services across multiple locations, building and maintaining excellent relationships with our Radiographers, Sonographers and Clinical Support colleagues to ensure the smooth running of our services.

Another key element of the role will be monitoring the distribution and resolution of queries logged via our operations ticketing system, ensuring a swift response and resolution to any issues such as the breakdown of machines/support equipment, PACS/uploaders issues, network and login issues, and stock replenishment. You will also be responsible for ordering and monitoring clinical stock across our sites nationally, as well as playing an important role in supporting on-site practical requirements such as the delivery of IT equipment, supporting basic IT tasks, devices delivery, and parts collection.
