- Monitor key performance indicators and drive corrective actions with suppliers and cross-functional partners
- Manage efficient inbound inventory flows and health, including forecasting, purchasing, and removing aged inventory
- Align Wayfair teams (Operations, Promotions, Category Management) to ensure strong supplier execution and to understand and manage the demand drivers impacting growth
- Support initiatives to drive improvements in the Inventory Planning systems, data, and processes
- Drive root cause analysis/reporting on inventory related issues, developing action plans and Project managing improvements
- Conduct ad hoc analysis (financial and operational) using standard scripts and reporting to access data and/or Excel to drive supplier action and support decisions
- Regularly communicate performance trends and improvement opportunities to senior management and leadership both within and outside your immediate line of reporting

**What You'll Need**
- 3+ years of experience in operations, retail, engineering, consulting, strategy or finance
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
