We are currently seeking a Breakdown Call Handler to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Breakdown Call Handler, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing technical support and assistance to stranded customers, and liaising with our network of service providers to ensure a prompt and effective response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls from customers who have tyre issues and require assistance.
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers, assessing the nature of the breakdown and advising on the most appropriate course of action.
- Liaising with our network of service providers to dispatch assistance to the customer as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Maintaining accurate records of all breakdown calls and their outcomes.
- Communicating with customers throughout the breakdown process to keep them informed of progress and expected arrival times.
- Escalating complex breakdown issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar tyre breakdown call handler role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and breakdown procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, and work efficiently to resolve customer issues.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
