On behalf of a multi branch family run independent Estate Agents based in South - East London, Hawk Personnel are actively looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator for their Purley office.

**A day in the life of a lettings negotiator**:

- Rapport building your own clients
- Showing your clients around properties from £250,000 to £2,000,000
- Motivated morning meeting with your team

**What we offer**:

- A generous basic salary and commission, plus perks and car allowance (plus a 3 month guaranteed salary to help whilst you build up your own clients)

- Estate Agency qualifications paid for
- A positive outlook attitude / outlook

- Have a full UK driving license
- A desire and drive for success
- Able to work well in a team

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
