Studio 74 Contemporary & Modern Art is seeking an experienced Sales team member with a passion for luxury sales to join our dedicated team in our Flagship Gallery located in the affluent and exciting city of Bristol.

Recently voted the best art gallery in the Southwest, we are looking to expand our friendly independent team with like-minded individuals who wish to express their own creative ideas and progress with Bristol’s newest contemporary gallery space.

**About the Role**:
As an Art Consultant you will provide a personable, tailored service for clients, building relationships and sharing your passion for our exclusive original paintings, sculptures and collectable editions. Working with leading acclaimed talent such as Mr. Brainwash, Damien Hirst to new exciting emerging talent such as Anna Mazzotta. We pride ourselves in being just as creative as our artists and offering an exciting portfolio of works to suit everyone. We will also provide the exciting opportunity to meet in person artists at our gallery events and to get involved in the art world on a personal level.
- Focussed on creating a memorable customer experience by building rapport, sharing knowledge and catering to your clients’ needs.
- **Personality is everything in this role,** use your flair and engaging personality to develop loyalty with customers through a one-to-one consultative approach in person or on the phone.
- Go the **extra mile **and carry out art consultation services in your clients home or offices.
- **Think on your feet **and understand your clients needs. In this role it is vital to have the confidence to ask the right questions and understand what your client is looking for.
- **Be a self starter** and keep abreast of Artist facts and knowledge so that you can demonstrate your skills to build confidence with clients.
- Driving license required.
- **Lucrative commission structure. No ‘commission ceilings’ will be set therefore this is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your worth. Bonuses for achieving target and additional commission for exceeding monthly targets. Please ask us more about this during initial interview stages.**_

- Feel **comfortable about hitting monthly targets** and being a self-starter.
- Enjoy working with a small team and happy to contribute and be **flexible** when needed.
- We **host events and exhibitions** outside of normal hours so it’s important to have flexibility with working hours.
- Although a background in art is beneficial, **you do not need to be an expert within the art industry to excel in this position. **We spend time with our new starters with a comprehensive training within the gallery by the Studios directors and an opportunity to join industry leading Art Academy to provide you with the tools you need to succeed
