waiter/waitress required in the lake district for a rosette level restaurant using fantastic local meats, it is **fine dining **but not in a stuffy way. The food is of a **high standard** but thestyle is more a **rustic food service style.** you will still need to use your good knowledge of wines and meats, live in available. Starting salary starts at **£24k-26k + tips/service.** This is a rosette level of food and the service standard is a fine dining style. They can offer **live in **as well,this role is on the edge of south lakes.

The role
We are looking for a waiter/ess to run a section in the Restaurant. You will ensure your tables run smoothly, you will upsell the dishes, you will answer questions, upsell wine sales. This role will include all the normal waiter / waitress duties.

Experience
We are looking for a waiter / waitress with a background within fine dining and rosette restaurant, you will have a good knowledge of food and wines and good customer service skills
