**Salesforce Admin**

**Responsibilities**:

- Using CPQ to improve product bundles, pricing rules, advanced approval workflows, and validation rules - to name a few.
- Making the most out of our data: You'll understand the value of data, and more importantly of **good data, **as that will be the basis of many business decisions.
- You'll also collaborate with a large number of business department to make recommendations and establish best practices, but also to translate their business requirements into Salesforce configurations: You'll track this via Jira to ensure visibility.
- As the Salesforce Admin, you'll also be in charge of keeping documentation on best practices, which will in turn be used to carry out activities such as training and support of your colleagues.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on CPQ complex configurations and customizations.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required. Additional certifications like Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
- Experience working with Salesforce DevOps Center and AppExchange.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Hands-on experience in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
- Experience with data import, export, data cleansing, and data deduplication activities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide efficient resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively train end-users and present ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
