Aftercare Administrator

**Daily duties and responsibilities**
- Working closely with the Customer Care team to ensure the team can deliver 5* service
- Ensuring the Aftercare Team is fully trained and aware of the team goals
- Liaising with the Commercial Manager to ensure internal processes and communications are accurate and up to date
- Working closely with the Quality Manager to diagnose issues using the Portal reporting system
- Ensuring that the Portal system is working correctly and identifying solutions for timesaving and better customer communications
- Contacting customers to discuss queries on warranty claims and ensuring all customers are being responded to in a timely manner
- Ensuring accurate data input at all times
- Identifying solutions from queries given by customers and/or colleagues
- Keeping logístical records up to date
- Liaising with the on-site teams to ensure all information is communicated efficiently and accurately
- Organising and attending regular meetings with the Customer Care and Quality teams to ensure strong communication
- Logistics co-ordination

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service & customer liaison skills are essential
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Strong computer skills required
- Sound communications skills and ability to communicate with other members of the team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills with experience in data inputting

**Pay and conditions**:

- £22,500 per annum
- Full time, permanent position
- 2 days working from home each week to offer a more flexible work life

We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester on Westcott Venture Park, just off the A41.

**Due to our location we require all applicants to own a driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.**

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year
