**Location**: Southampton (SO14) / Remote - Open to Hybrid working: 1 day in the office per week
**Contract length**: 10 week initial contract - potential to be extended
**Pay rate**: £14.00 per hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator on behalf of a well known company in the Rail and Mobility industry based in Southampton. The role is an initial 10 week contract with the potential to be extended and is open to flexible remote/hybrid working with 1 day per week being office based.
The role will support the company's Customer Service team and provide Administrative and Data Entry support on a project involving the migration of data from an old document management system to a new and improved centrally managed system. The role will then involve the assistance of reviewing, administrating and updating the maintenance instructions where necessary and relevant to the new system.
**Key Skills/Experience**:
Previous Administration or Data Entry experience
Attention to detail when reviewing and editing documents
Proficient with the general use of MS Office programmes such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Ability to work and communicate effectively with other colleagues and management
Good computer skills
Good numeracy skills
Flexible & adaptable to support where necessary
Ability to work to and meet deadlines
