As part of their continued development our client is currently looking to recruit a motorcycle damage assessor. This role is critical to increasing their repair capacity and efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager your key responsibilities will be:
Estimating all makes and models of motorcycle, including a large number for our authorised dealer.
Working in our state of the art estimating department with our workshop, paint and specialist repair operations teams.
Working with a highly motivated team who enjoy assessing and formulating challenging and complex repair strategies, to an exacting standard.
Being passionate about quality and innovation and wanting to reflect this in your work.

Experience/Qualifications/Skills

Fully qualified motorcycle technician or highly experienced motorcycle service and parts assistant
Previous experience using manufacturers' electronic parts catalogues.
Polite, confident and professional telephone manner
A team player
Computer and IT literate
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
A methodical and systematic approach to problem solving
Keen eye for detail
Technical understanding of motorcycles
