This is a Hybrid role where you will work from our York office 1 to 2 days per week. You must be able to travel to client sites occasionally.
**What you'll be doing**:

- **?**Deliver project and ongoing development services
- Produce unit, user and integration test plans and test results
- Assist with wider related projects/ ongoing integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing and implementation (for example Oracle Critical Patch Releases that may impact on ongoing services)
- Produce system and service documentation
- Implement appropriate software configuration management processes for deliverables.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Excellent knowledge and experience of data modelling, data extraction, SQL, Oracle database design
- Experience in coding and delivery of service in Qlikview/ Qliksense and Oracle Discoverer
- Demonstrable experience of working as a Senior Developer on large or complex projects or ongoing services
- Delivery of detailed system and related architecture design to support effective communication of solutions to key stakeholders
- Manage/ conduct all areas of testing
- Prepare implementation, conversion, and cutover plans

**It would be great if you had**:

- **?**Experienced use of directory systems (e.g. Active Directory)
- Powershell scripting and practical knowledge of Secure File transfer processes (e.g. Moveit)
- Government sector knowledge
