Trainee Generalist Adviser

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Advice Team at Citizens Advice Carmarthenshire. You will be able to demonstrate excellent people and communication skills, with an ability to gather and interpret information and rely back to debt caseworkers. You will complete Citizens Advice Basic Training as part of the post.**:To work alongside our existing Generalist Team, providing generalist advice to clients seeking our help. Record client details and information onto our Electronic Information System and maintain a record of events. We will provide you with supervision, day-to-day contact with your colleagues, remote IT support and the necessary equipment to carry out your role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,175.00 per year
