Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organised Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Greet clients with a warm and friendly approach - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Provide information about salon services and products - Maintain a clean and organised reception area - Process client payments and handle cash transactions - Assist beauty therapists with salon tasks as needed - Upsell salon services and retail products - Communicate effectively with clients and other staff members - Manage salon inventory and order supplies as necessary with the occasional administration task. Qualifications: - Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Good organisational and time management abilities - Previous experience in a salon or customer service role is preferred - We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
