**THE JOB**:

- To provide the school with effective administrative support.
- To be the first point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquiries at the school for pupils, staff and members of the public
- To ensure the school’s security and safeguarding arrangements are always complied with, including sign in system, stay safe app and visitor checks
- To provide hospitality for visitors, being mindful of accessibility needs
- To maintain accurate and organised pupil records, both paper, electronic and online, in all areas of pupil documentation and record keeping
- To support the Head Teacher with pupil referral and admission administration
- To securely manage visitor access to the school site

**THE PERSON**:

- Good general standard of education (GCSE Grade 4 in English and Maths or equivalent)
- A willingness to participate in training where learning needs are identified
- Strong experience of working as an administrator
- Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including IT proficiency
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Trustworthy and dependable

**SALARY**:
Full-time equivalent salary £22,120 - £24,420 per annum (Pro Rata for 20 hours per week) dependent on qualifications and experience. This is the actual salary you will receive as you will be paid all year round including the school holidays

**WORKING HOURS**:
10.00am - 2.00pm Monday to Friday
