**Key Responsibilities**:

- Till Operations, Opening and / or Closing Store.
- Display products for sales.
- List products check stock and availability of the stock.
- Checking in deliveries, order matching and daily banking.
- Prepare required paperwork concerning stock and sales.
- Manage cash balances and minimise wastage.
- Ensure 100% compliance following the business and the licencing objectives.
- Perform inventory management and stock control including weekly stock-taking and reports.
- Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to improve the business.
- Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
- Implement in-store marketing materials.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury and for health and safety.
- Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers.
- Promote and encourage a high level of customer service.
- Handle first contact of customer complaints.
- Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, enquiries, and catering for customer needs.

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sheerness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
