Our client is looking for a strong administrator with experience in using CDK system to work in a fast past prep centre. If you have an interest in cars and would like to learn both the parts and workshop administration side, this is the role for you.

Training will be provided in all aspects of running the parts department and running the workshop to cover both areas in their absence.

The role will require:

- **Use of CDK**:

- Invoicing
- Pulling ,printing and loading job cards
- Dealing with drivers to organise cars and keys for prep
- Moving job cards in progress system
- Organising parts
- General administration
- Training in workshop control will be given ( for cover)

Hours 8-5.30pm M-F 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. OFFICE BASED ROLE.

Ideally this role would suit someone with workshop control or service advisor experience, someone who has experience using CDK.
