**About our exciting opportunity**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your prime focus will be to drive validated, GBVS eligible orders to STO to enable a clean connection process and increase the volume of connections.
This will be done through door knocking as well as phone calls, handling contesting customers with existing tickets and customers we have not had contact with which will need chasing.
**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in leading/supporting a small team (up to 3) Field Sales Executives or Account Managers across a field and telesales environment.
- Proven track record of sales number success in a field based environment as well as telesales environment.
- Understand the key differences between FTTP and FTTC broadband.
- Proven track record of delivering great customer service in a sales environment.
- Confident and able communicator.
- Good timekeeping, self-motivated and organised.
