**The Company**
- Licensed Insolvency Practitioners

**Your role**
- Assisting the senior team in the management and progression of formal insolvency cases
- Using a number of different sources to gain key information and an understanding of each specific case;
- Communicating with stakeholders including bankrupts, directors, shareholders, creditors and employees;
- Preparing statutory reports and ensuring cases are closed efficiently;
- Administering a portfolio of cases with appropriate management;
- Assisting in meetings and preparation of documents including minutes of meetings
- Collaborating with others, including providing support and assistance to other team members when required
- Carrying out investigations within insolvency assignments where appropriate.
- Setting up and maintaining new cases on internal files and on our case management system and preparing relevant paperwork and reports
- Preparing investigation reports and detailing any antecedent transactions or other breaches of legislation
- Liaising with solicitors, valuers, accountants, banks, HMRC, company directors and The Insolvency Service

**Future prospects**
- There is a pathway to a full time role at the end of the apprenticeship and further studies towards the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency
- Starting salary after successful completion of the apprenticeship would be £20,000 per annum with opportunity for further advancement and salary increases in short order
- Two senior administrators in the firm came through the apprenticeship scheme and are on a significantly higher salary

**Training to be provided**
- Level 3 in Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard

Course Content:

- Functional skills if needed

**This Apprenticeship will involve**:

- Off the job training
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
