Call Handler Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Calls Handlers to join Onecall through Northumberland County Council’s Staff Bank.

Onecall is the single point of access for calls into Adult Care, Children's Services and Community Health Services in Northumberland. This is a fast-paced and busy environment.

**Main duties of the role**:
The purpose of the role is to primarily handle calls within the Contact Centre, receiving calls for adult, children and community health services.

You will receive and direct information to the appropriate teams including the recording of correspondence into several databases

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From £11.18 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Call handling: 1 year (preferred)
