Our highly regarded public client, who is based within the Housing sector, have a temporary role for a data input Administrator within the housing sector. The rate of pay will be £11.51 per hour and is for approx. 4 - 6 weeks.
The role is based within Glasgow city Centre. This is Monday to Friday working.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Process all claims for rent verification on the landlord portal
- Liaise with Housing Officers on all verified and unverified claims
- Maintain documentation around the process for the landlord portal
- Guide housing officers through the process of the portal and verifying rental costs on the portal
- Run reports from the portal and other inhouse systems
- Provide trends on number of claims and patterns of claims

**Skills**:

- Experience of work requiring high level of attention to detail with accurate data processing skills
- Good time management
- Good administration
- Experience of working in a customer focused role
- Use of MS Excel
- Ability to do some data analysis
