We're looking for a Renewals Administrator that will report to the Sales Manager, you will be expected to work with existing customers to support our large customer base of enterprise customersin our EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and ensuring the continuation and renewal of a broad portfolio of customers, as well as following time-sensitive and highly structured administrative processes. As a Renewal Administrator, you will become part of our team of customer-focused Account Managers, joining a great environment for learning, and being able to grow professionally over time.

**Essential Functions**
- Responsible for the end to end renewal process.
- Keeping customers informed of their upcoming renewal, creating and providing renewal quotes, delivering electronically to customers, and ultimately sending all required paperwork for processing the PO from each customer in a timely fashion.
- Ensure routine customer engagement;
- Work closely and collaboratively with each Account Manager supporting them as and when needed with larger renewals;
- Follow defined renewal process and procedures;
- Become proficient in our products’ value propositions and pricing;
- Identify customer needs and escalate queries to the appropriate department;
- Report data precisely and control CRM systems to track own performance; and progress in your own personal development.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
