Asset Valuer

Cameron Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Asset Valuer for a Scottish-based leading supplier of asset valuation, auction and disposal services.

This highly successful business offers specialist services for the valuation of plant, machinery & equipment assets across the UK. They undertake desktop and inspection based valuations and provide reports in accordance with the RICS Red Book standards. Clients are typically banks, finance companies and insolvency practitioners.

Do you have experience valuing these commercial assets and would you be able to produce the relevant reports to a high standard?

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
