**About the role**

You will provide key administrative support to our Business Operations Manager and QHSE Manager. This role will play a crucial part in coordinating and managing tasks within the team, ensuring that policies, procedures, and guidelines are in place, to facilitate efficient operations and achieve the organisation's objectives.

Main duties will include:
Supporting our QHSE Manager with:

- Sourcing and maintenance of records for all PPE ordering. This will include quarterly spot checks of PPE within our workforce.
- To be responsible for all aspects of maintenance of the compliance with fleet and grey fleet management. This will include tasks such as insurance checks, MOT checks, driving licence checks and coordination with our site admins to ensure vehicle upkeep.
- Book H&S training, maintain the training records and proactively rebook expiring training.
- Source new subcontractors and be responsible for the full setup, onboarding and maintenance of subcontractors partnering with our business. This will include tasks such as PQQ’s, documentation checks, compliance checks etc.
- Carbon emissions calculations
- Assisting with creation and delivery of toolbox talks
- COSHH assessments
- Maintenance, review and upkeep of Health & Safety and Quality policies
- Overall, ISO compliance support with spot checks, audit checks, documentation upkeep and general administrative support for our ISO accreditations.

Supporting our Business Operations Manager with:

- Daily checks of accreditation (BP, CHAS etc) General administrative support for coordination of training, upkeep of documentation and costs, organising any relevant hotel stays or travel etc.
- Ad hoc support with answering company requests and questions to the Support Inbox, liaising and coordinating external supplier support where necessary and escalating trending issues to the business operations manager.

**About you**

As a key member of our operations team, you will have strong organisational including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also serve as a point of contact for all members of staff, while showing impeccable attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency within your work to help minimise any errors.

**More information**

Job type: Permanent (Full time)

Start date: July/August 2023.

**Salary**: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

Location: The role will be home based.

A full UK driving license and use of own vehicle would be desirable but not essential for this role.
