**Audiology Receptionist**

**Location: Wigston**

**Part Time hours - 27.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)**

**Weekend working availble but not essential**

**Salary: £11.00 an hour - **Bonus potential from the first month**

**_ This role will be based at a reception desk in the Audiology centre_**

At Specsavers, our Reception teams are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey. We’re looking for someone with experience in **reception,** **customer service** with **strong communication skills**, who is** good with people**, has an **organised approach** & a **willingness to help** - a **friendly and professional approach** is essential. You’ll offer a highly professional service that will result in repeat business, increased profitability and an excellent reputation for your store. **Previous reception and audiology/optics experience is a distinct advantage.**

**There will be one months training based out of the Loughborough Specsavers store, once this training is complete you will be based at Wigston.**

Joining our team, you’ll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
- Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
- Transferring calls efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Meeting and greeting
- Hearing aid repairs (after training)
- Utilising the computer systems in a compliant and efficient manner
