Joiner/carpenter

**Experienced joiner required.**

Lyme Design & Build are a family run, well established building company based in Wilmslow, specialising in house extensions, refurbishments and bespoke new build homes.

Due to expansion, we are looking to add a number of full-time, permanent joiners to our team.

- Minimum relevant qualifications - NVQ level 3 in Joinery and Carpentry / Advanced City & Guilds.
- The ability to lead.
- Experience in domestic work.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A desire to be part of our company - Taking pride in their work & work environment.
- Minimum of 10 years joinery experience.
- Competence in all aspects of joinery.

**Responsibilities include;**
- Traditional Roof Construction, including dormers and Loft Conversions.
- First and second fix joinery.
- Kitchen fitting.
- Working from architects drawings and structural calculations.
- Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
