GCU is a leading company providing infrastructure services to full fibre broadband providers. Due to an increased workload, we are currently seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. As the Reinstatement Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of reinstatement/resurfacing carried out by the reinstatement teams.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant legislation and Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at the work locations allocated to you. You will also be required to monitor company systems for work tasks raised and allocate work tasks for the following day to each of the teams. You will need to ensure sufficient tar amounts and other materials are ordered for the work tasks being carried out. You will be expected to perform inspections to ensure actual work to be carried out matches orders and any variations recorded on company systems. You will be required to manage the reinstatement teams to certify works are completed to quality standards and to make good any defects on completed works.

**Experience**:

- Supervising Reinstatement gangs: 2 years (preferred)
- Hot Lay: 4 years (preferred)
- Cold Lay: 4 years (preferred)
- Council Permitting systems: 2 years (preferred)
- Quality control: 2 years (preferred)
- using Microsoft Office packages: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Streetworks Supervisor card (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
