This is a regional service operating across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. The service is mainly delivered remotely and there will be a requirement to travel.

**Role Summary**:
The purpose of this role is to facilitate/co-facilitate Mums Matter programmes and groups. You will be responsible for the administration of the project by maintaining and developing systems to support evaluation and monitoring of the service, and support the Service Lead by handling queries, complete initial assessments and maintain contact with mums in between programmes/groups.

The role will support the Mums Matter Service Lead with recruiting volunteers, ensuring appropriate induction, training and support for volunteers and assisting with delivery, and
- develop and strengthen effective working partnership with a wide variety of partner agencies.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Work in collaboration with and support the Perinatal Service Lead in the day-to-day administration of the service, and delivery of our perinatal mental health course for new mums to build their resilience.
- Foster a positive regard for the safety of those accessing the service, staff and volunteers. Champion Mums Matter as a service, but also raise awareness of the importance of good perinatal health and wellbeing.
- Be responsible for the administration of the project by maintaining and developing systems to support evaluation and monitoring of the project.
- Maintain all records in accordance with data protection and the Local Mind they work for.
- Adhere to the Confidentiality and Data Protection policies and be involved in data collection and project evaluation.
- Be responsible, efficient and maintain a high level of personal organisation. Adhere to all Policies approved by the Local Mind’s Board of Trustees to maintain standards of care with regard to health and safety, equal opportunities, confidentiality, individual and personal choice.
- Support the Service Lead, to undertake presentations to support the marketing for the Perinatal Service and awareness raising sessions about the Local Minds involved.
- Support the Graduate Programme and other areas of development the life of the service.
- Attend regular 1 to 1 meetings with Line Manager.
- Be involved in helping supervise peer supporters/volunteers and undertake all other duties commensurate with the role description.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
