We are seeking a highly organised and capable person to help us continue delivering excellent service to our clients.

We look after our clients’ pensions, savings and investments, so there are large sums of money and huge levels of trust involved. We build superb relationships which we earn by always doing the right thing and providing faultless advice and service. You will be a valuable member of our team to help deliver this. The work is varied and hands on. It will range from dealing directly with clients and acting as their ‘ambassador’ to get things done quickly and efficiently, through to proofing letters and reports and liaising with fund management groups and life offices to obtain accurate information and ensure we provide a smooth service.

The role requires bags of common sense, initiative and good judgment. You need to like people, have an overdeveloped sense of doing the right thing and, at times, be tenacious and dogged to get the right result for our clients. Computer literacy and excellent attention to detail are also a given.

We offer a rewarding working environment in our small, friendly, professional office in Chinnor and the chance to develop. Financial services experience is ideal but not a prerequisite. Attitude comes first, so we will happily train the right person and the role could suit someone returning to work or looking for a second career after retirement.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
